Come meet other student event organizers and JYY's event representatives at Ilokivi Venue for a relaxed coffee and chat session. You'll have the opportunity to brainstorm event ideas with other organizers and ask practical tips from professionals.
Joining the Event Buzz to help with ideas and assistance are JYY’s event producer Suvi Liukkonen and Ilokivi Venue manager Eeva Halkosaari. Everyone organizing or interested in organizing student events are welcome.
The Event Buzz is organized at two different times to allow as many people as possible to participate. Both of the sessions are from 4 PM. to 6 PM. and attending both sessions is also allowed. See you at Ilokivi Venue!
JYY’S SAFER SPACE PRINCIPLES
Event will follow JYY’s safer space principles and there will always be a JYY’s Trusted Person present. You can recognise the Trusted Person by the JYY grey hoodie and the Trusted Person badge. You can contact the Trusted Person with a low threshold if you feel that the principles of a safer space have been violated. Check out the safer space principles here.
