The most dangerous band in Finland, Kissa, is coming to celebrate their album release with Joni Ekman Group. Get ready for a journey through pop, rock, and everything in between – this is a show you don't want to miss!
Finnish glam rock, bubblegum pop, and wild rock ‘n’ roll – that’s what Kissa, the Helsinki-based pop rock band brings to the table. Their sound skilfully blends genres, from soft pop to energetic garage rock, offering something unique and intriguing to every listener. When they hit the stage, Kissa delivers a full experience, with glam aesthetics, excellent group dynamic, and explosive energy all coming together.
In early March 2025, Kissa releases their third album, POP // ROCK. This new mini album gathers together a series of short stories about familiar themes such as growing pains, evil, and freedom. During their spring shows, Kissa has been celebrating the milestone of album release, and the celebratory vibe will continue at Venue.

The new generation of manserock musicians is here! Joni Ekman Group is a Tampere-based rock band whose music spans from explosive rock to delicate atmospheric sound. The band’s emotionally honest, raw, and fresh atmosphere has been compared to classic 60s and 70s bands. Joni Ekman, Suvi Suvanto, and Kalle Stenvik make up the live lineup of Joni Ekman Group, who will take over the stage of Venue.
In late 2024, the band released their self-titled studio album, Joni Ekman Group, which is lighter and more liberated than their earlier work. The rock band has discovered new tones in both their music and lyrics, as the album moves through the realms of Finnish punk rock, lo-fi, and space rock. Get ready to fall in love!
