ADHD shows up in many different ways for many of us. Fredi Lilius now wants to share how he has survived 52 years with ADHD without causing a nuclear explosion—or a third world war…

ADHD is being diagnosed in more and more people in the 2020s. For many, it brings fear and challenges in everyday life. Especially for young people, it can create major difficulties at school and at home—hyperactivity, trouble concentrating, slow learning, dyslexia, and emotional overreactions. For many, these symptoms lessen over time, and in adulthood they can often be managed. ADHD doesn’t disappear, but it can be controlled, and people learn to live with it.

Fredi Lilius is a 52-year-old stand-up comedian from Tampere who has turned these four letters into a superpower. How does it show in everyday life? How does it work in the role of husband and father? How do you keep someone interested at work when ADHD is part of the equation?

In Fredi’s hilarious new comedy show SUPERPOWER, you might not get answers to all these questions—but you’ll get a perfect example of how a 52-year-old man manages his life thanks to his SUPERPOWER.
